    exducer = 84.6mm

    hotside K24 no 9
    inducer = 60mm

          I would use something else, but your need a whole bunch of parts to make it work well.

          Rods
          Injectors
          Pistons
          Head work
          Intercooler
          Mapping
          Exhaust system
          Manifolds

          Etc

                      OK, once again till we get the info we want. How many blades does the compressor have? 8 like in the picture? HX35 8 blades with 57mm induce have most of the times 82 exducer on the compressor impeller.

                      What ccm volute does the turbine housing have? Wastegated or non-wastegated? V-Band or not?

                        Turbo

                        Ok here's what i mean, wastegate but these can be removed and blanked shut? Cold side is circlip, hotside is held via 4 bolts and two clamping plates.

                          Look inside the volute where the turbo bolts to the exhaust manifold. There should be a number. Is it 12 14 or 16?

                              I think it can give you good power with spool in 4th and 1 bar pressure at about 3700 rpm.

                              If you map your car carefully then you dont really need stronger parts but.....

                              In order to go with this turbo above 420hp you need bigger injectors, Intercooler would be nice also since the S2 is small for that hp. You need to check if your car has a metal layer HG since many old S2 have paper gaskets.

                              I had an HX40 with a machined K26-6ccm housing with 57/82 compressor impeller and 75/65 turbine impeller. It was linear and fun to drive. Laggier than the RS2 K24-7200 but much bigger and supported more power. Engine back then was stock RS2 with bigger injectors and modified downpipe + VEMS ECU.
                              Go Holset or Go RS4
