3b and AAN increase in power

Hi Guys, J have many questions about transplant 20v < to 20vt ...
    1. First questions is about gearbox... ACQ20v gearbox ir ok, for AAN or 3b engine?? If J need to change gearbox???

    2.Second is about power increasing....
How I read that 400hp to AAN or 3B engine is normal after a change of the turbine, change injectors, exhaust colector and + chip. But as in life? The car wants to do for the tracks and use as every day car, so the question ...

A)What turbo would you recommend for me
    B) injector?
C)Yes of course the exhaust of collectors have to put another one, but the question of collectors better RS2 or spider?

Where better to buy items at the Motorsport 034? or is there still more good shops that sell injector and turbine? Of collectors on Ebay probably need to buy? And the intake of collectors? what to do with it? Keep stock?

PS - Sorry my english not very good , but J think you all understand my text

J wait answers from you because in Latvia not much specialist at this info.....

    Thanks

You need k26/k27 or GT2871 turbo to reach close to 400hp.
Injectors 360cc (RS2) or bigger (up to 440cc).
Engine should preferrably be AAN, not 3B.
RS2 exhaust manifold or RS2 replica.

Injectors you can probably find used. Turbo too...
If you need new, then yes, 034 is an option. But keep in mind 20% VAT tax + expensive shipping.

use AAN engine and AAN ignition sistem. you could also use AAN with 300kP sensor (talk with prj) , and of course you need to do remap on ECU.
intake can stay stock. find bigger intercooler .
week point of that engine are conecting rod , change them and than you can thing about GT30R.

You won't have issues with rods on GT3071 with proper mapping.
As long as you don't do anything stupid, you will not have a problem.

But 2871 will give you pretty good power, a bit more than RS2 turbo with better spool.
So it will be much more drivable than GT3071.
You need to think where you use the car. If you use it mainly in the city and on the track, I would say GT2871 might be better.
If you will use it for drag racing and on the highway, GT30R will give you more power at the expense of spool.

ECU setup you will also need. But I am only 250km from Riga, so I can remap your ECU.

I have not heard of any competent tuners for M2.3.2 in Latvia yet.
And if you get a random tune for this car, and not made with YOUR car on a dyno, you will damage your 2871 because of surge and with 3071 you will bend rods.

Of course you can buy 034's tune or if there is someone who knows how to map Motronic properly in Latvia, you can get it done there.
But I don't think there is, otherwise there would not be people messaging me from Latvia and ask for their car to be mapped.

Better to take the head off the engine and repair it, change valve guides, change piston rings, head gasket, bearings etc...
It's not so hard when you already have exhaust off the engine.

                        At least this:

                              You don't need WG spring!
The bigger the hotside, the lesser the backpressure and the weaker spring is required!

                              Keep stock spring.
                              Bigger spring:
                              1) Less throttle modulation
                              2) Less detonation safety
                              3) Less N75 duty required

Spring is decided by the tuner, not by you.
In 90% of cases big spring is fitted not because it is needed.

Remember - bigger turbo, bigger hotside = smaller spring for same boost, when you are using electronic boost control. Because the spring only counteracts backpressure when boost is controlled electronically and N75 is ON.
