Ecu errors

Hi!

i would like to ask you for some help and advice. I have 2 ecus for my car, one is stock and other chipped. if i put stock ecu in my car i get 4 vag-com errors, but with chipped one i dont get any errors. if i cleaned errors and restart car they come back in about 10sec....
i suspect that i have some bad connections in stock ecu (it was not in use 6 or more years).
vag com errors are:

00518 Throttle Position Sensor, G69
00522 Coolant Temp. Sensor, G62
00523 Intake Air Temp Sensor, G42
00528 Barometric Pressure Sensor, F96

i am almost sure that all those sensors works fine because car runs great .....

any ideas ?

And what are the secondary codes? Intermittent? Open or short?
That's quite important.

The bottom 3 signals on your list go through the same chip... and yes, maybe something is damaged in the ecu or some cold joints.

But if you have no signal from TPS you will not get any boost.

we tested it with tester that only show errors

I dont know if i get any boost because i havent tested car on road. i only started engine for some time .....

my first guess is cold joins yes......

so i will have to find it out myself.
pin 30 is output ground (-) for 6 sensor so i guess it could be directly linked to one of the input ground signals.....
is my teory about right ?

Sure why not. ecu has broken line inside, it was gound line for snesor on pin output number 30.
broken line was replaced with wiring and that is it. one more condensator needs to be changed too (i dont know exactly whitch one becaasue it was done by specialist)

ecu works 100% fine now.

nice work... I find something in books and prepair it to scan it on comp.. but if you fix the problem.. than I have lees job..
