    here the dyno draws.

2 diferent draws with 2 diferent Motronics with 3B to RS2 setup ,with 300kpa map sensors.

they were with the small 3B IC.... that it is 40cm long... and the RS2 one is 50cm long. +25% . could i win +10hp with that upgrade or not??

Wow, quite a lot power drop on high rpm's. Looks almost like my diesel dyno draw.

With a different turbo and proper mapping your power would rise all way up to 7000rpm, al least not drop.

For a comparison here is my dynodraw with almost same power but less torque. Quite different looking. Also using RS2 injectors...

            nice¡¡

i would like to test diferent Motronic setup for the same turbo

but i have to say that they are so diferents¡

your setup will be more reliable sure¡¡ giving the power few to few.... and the connecting rods are happy in your engine

            where is the torque?? only 488nm?? ( just a joke ¡ )

for diferent track days, diferent Ecu setups with the same parts

in my car i have to change gears around 5500 rpms and then i always have enough power ¡¡ only in 5th gear after 5500 rpm i am loosing power

thanks for share your dyno draw

              Haha, right.

By the way, my EGT has been max. 880C on third gear pulling up to the rpm-limiter. Sensor in the EM collector and 1.7bar boost.

and where are more temperature?? in the exhaust manifold or in the turbo hotside???

880º seems very good as a maximal EGT true?

I belive the hottest place would be just the EM mani collector or right in the inlet of the turbo hot side. Sure the temp rises a bit(900+C?) on a full pull with the 4:th gear... maybe..? It's just too much speed for testing in the winter and on the road, 200km/h...

3d gear pull sounds ok for 880C but on 5th and 6th you will see those temps much sooner. Of course with the motronic using the MAF it can still modify the fueling up higher in the revs to provide more fuel, but on kpa based ECUs, you are only modifying the mixture per kpa.

i too have something like barely 890C on 3d gear, but goes to 920-940 on higher gears on 2.1bar on the 3076.

In speed density systems you have VE table for providing adequate fuelling at all RPM's.
If you have issues with not enough fuelling, it is likely your IAT and VE compensations are off

That's why at least in theory mass-flow systems are much more accurate - they don't need to guess VE.
However, because a MAP sensor is much, much more reliable than a MAF sensor and both systems can use WBO2 feedback all this is very circumstantial.

You need test your Audi in other Dyno. Exemple MAHA.

This Dyno use live wheel, for me is very bad.

I agree in reduce boost and review ignition timing.

Is there a load-bearing 4wd dyno in Spain?
                          Dynapack, SuperFlow, Mustang, DynoMITE etc?

in Spain there are both diferents dynos. inertial and "braked ones"

i was in a inertial one,in surelly one of the best dyno in spain. most of the magazine cars goes to there for later make the magazine rewiews

Inertial dyno is useless for tuning.
Well not completely useless, but it's like tuning with a narrowband instead of a wideband sensor.
Might as well tune on the street holding the brakes down.

An inertial dyno can't be "the best" it's a dinosaur, almost any newer load bearing dyno will be better, because it can do everything the inertial dyno can do and much more.
