Has anyone got any facts about oil pump capacity of either the stock AAN oil pump or sump pumps that are used in these applications? I'm planning on using a 5,6 liters / 1000 revolutions pump with 1:2 ratio. This is just a guesstimated capacity and I'm trying to figure out if it's a good size. I know a guy who runs a really fast 4-cylinder VW with the same pump..

i ran an Accusump for the last two seasons, and now am having a drysump built. i tried the electronic valve, and it was too slow for my liking. the manual ball valve was great if i remembered to turn it on LOL. but really, when turning theball valve you can hear the oil coursing thru the motor, pretty neat actually.

only straight line car, 1/4 mile.

        9500 rpms, solid lifters, 4cyl.

some of the benefits will be putting the engine into vacuum making a few extra ponies by that alone, along with superior oil collection and reduced windage
