That looks very wobbly indeed... repair it ASAP before risking any damage. Could be several things - need to remove carefully and establish the root cause.

Engine sounds a little rattley too - difficult to tell on camera like that though.

Thanks for the reply's. I still got a lot of work to do on the car. It seems it needs to be straightened and then i'm going to do the engine. Lots of $$$$ allready. And i never even drove the car.

Don't even start that engine again untill you investigate that wobble.

yikes - that one is well munged indeed... it might not be so serious if just the outer pulley bolts have worked loose, but I fully agree with the sentiment above - do NOT run it again until the problem is resolved.

              your engine don't run well..
crank pulley are bad 100% and engine timing is not good. your exhaust valve start to kicking the piston.. beleve me. I know very well that sound.
when the engine is cold than you don't have that sound. how did engine warm up the sound is louder and louder..
              well:
              1.crank pulley
              2.cam timing
              3.engine timing
              4. if the noise will NOT go away. than some tapets are bad too-change it
5.if that don't solve the problem.. than you will rebuilt the head.

              good luck
