DV position closer to intake mainfold

    DV position closer to intake mainfold

    Hi !

    I saw on many tunned s2/rs2 that they have DV (diverter valve) moved close to intake mainfold (ofcourse before TB). What is benefits of that ?

      probably easier to get to. i had it like that and now that my inlet manifold is reversed, one of my DVs is still there, close to the TB.

      Some say that since it is closer to the TB it may allow for better dumping effect, but i dont see any difference.
