What is the performance serial westegate?

what AR is the turbine housing? What boost are you trying to achieve?
You said that with the N75 disconnected you get at 7000 RPM 1.6 bar boost. This means the wastegate flows enough to let all the excess gasses out that trying to push the turbine.

First of there is a 30mm wastegate and a 34mm one. Make sure you have a 34.

Secondly get rid of the bleed valve.

Third check your diaphragm isn't ripped.

Fourth I ran a ported wastegate at 2.1 bar on a 30r with a 0.63 hotside at 528hp and no creep. Doug at MRC ran 649hp on a 35 (not sure what size hotside) With stock wastegate and ecu no creep.

Fifth your air filter is way too small.

Lastly is the head ported. What cams etc... as these engines are very prone to surge on big boost big turbo setups if you get the wrong configuration.
