Engine Sensor Test Procedures

Guys I have all of the engine mounted sensors together in a box at the moment.

Rather than refit them without knowing they're good I wondered if there was a test procedure that could be done for each of them to verify that they're healthy.

The cam position sensor is definitely one I would like to check but wouldn't have the first notion how?
