RS2 and S2 cooling system

In Audi RS2 water pipe from water pump to engine combined with pipe to the expansion tank.
Special pipe in cooler closed by special cup.
OEM partnumber for this pipe: 8A0121109B

But in S2 (with AAN or ABY engine) this pipe divided by two pipes: 034121063C and 857121109B.
First pipe goes from water pump, second pipe goes from expansion tank to the cooler.

8A0121109B dropped without replacement.

In many more RS2 here or in other countries 034121063C and 857121109B under the hood. Is it factory replacement or hand made?

That is a known anomolie - that hose is unique to the rs2.

On the s2 you have short fat link at the thermostat housing as a straight section.
In addition there is straight hose from bottom of expansion tank to bottom of radiator. On the rs2 the pipe fitment on bottom of rad is blanked off.

I know this because when fitting Samco S2 water pipes to an rs2 it has to be done like the s2 layout - very easy as you just need to remove the blanking pipe for rs2 radiator.

Ps - I can look up s2 water hose part numbers later. Or maybe you would like the full water kit from Samco as I am collecting funds for next group order this week.

About Samco: I've got some really negative experience with Samco pipes... I prefer OEM pipes.
