high fuel consumption

In athens with heavy traffic I was seeing 17-18liter/100. Outside of the city with 130-150kph speed it was around 12 on chipped rs2 on the board computer.

My ex S2 3B consumed 17-18l in city, about 10-11l at highway speed about 120km/h. Now I have URS4 Avant with sequent LPG, 16l on highway, about 22l in city.

My best car is URquattro with AAN engine, 13l in city, 8l on highway (speed between 120kmh and 160kmh)

That means both your URS4 avant was broken.

At 100km/h they consume 8-9L in summer. There is no way it takes 16L unless you drive >200km/h.

Is possible that a bad Maf can cause this? The car had an K&N oiled filter on....even the engine dosint jerq..or.cut...

Yes, here is your problem, please put stock airbox back, and stock air filter, and your consumption will magically return to normal. A new MAF is also recommended.

The worst you can do is fit an oiled or cone filter directly on the MAF.

Ah, LPG... Consumption could be reduced a lot with proper tuning, but never mind.
