hi all, i,ve got 2 s2's a 3b and a aby, and have a problem with my aby,
i realise that someone may have posted something similar but i cant find it on here.
i bought it of a friend who owned for years and it was parked up for 4 years with the headgasket gone, i,ve now fixed it and put it back on the road.
the problem is, it is not going as well as it should, i know this because my 3b is definatly quicker, i have plugged in my vagcom and is showing no faults, it seems to boost quite well upto 4000 rpm then drops right off, i have checked the system for leaks and havent found any.i unplugged the mfts and it went like hell so i changed the mfts for 3 different ones and there is no difference, so i tried unplugging again and it made no difference, strange i know , but its got me baffled and i dont know what else to try.
any tips or ideas would be a grate help thanks all.
