Should i port & polish ??

I have the oppertunity to have my head cleaned up, no combustion chamber work, just cleaning up the intake and exhaust ports to smooth the casting.

Is it worth the effort or should i just clean it and leave it be. Any BTDT's would be great.

Smoothen and polish the exhaust ports and nothing else if you're not going to get the head properly ported using a flow bench and stuff.
