Crank Position (G4) and Engine Speed Sensor (G28) Info - Function , Location and PNs
Okay. Your fuel injection system has been tested and found to be fine. Your ECU has been tested in your UrS4 and found to be fine. THEREFORE, the reason that your car is not starting has to be the ECU does NOT know WHEN to fire the injectors. This is most likely because the reference pin for the G4 crank position sensor has gone off on early retirement. No pin = ECU does not know where the pistons, etc. are located = it can't decide when to open the injectors = no start.
Have a read on this, and its internal links (especially the one near the bottom):

G40 Cam Position Sensor (CPS) info
Did you pull any codes? Cam Sensor = 2113 (blink code)
Paul Nugent has posted about how to use some LEDs inserted in parallel with the G40 Cam Position Sensor connector. Here is some G40 info that *might* be useful:

AAN G40 Cam Sensor DIY Link
Yep. That would do it. We should have started with the Cam Sensor instead of wasting time with the injectors.
