    diagnosis plug

After fitting new cam belt & pulley, water pump ect i seem to have an over heating problem as the fan don't kik in only when i turn engine off then its only half speed, there are a few temp sensors thought id have a go at code reading.!
Are there any other plugs for fault codes other than in the fuse box, my mate recons there should be one in the passenger foot well.??
Thought id ask before pulling the glove box out.
Anyone got any ideas as to the problem i have fitted new thermostat and all new samco hoses.

Cheers spink, thing is the car was running fine no probs before i changed belts an all.!
As the ole sayin goes "if its not broke then don't try to fix it".
Cam belt was well overdue though.

By the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLBOY

          codes

Pulled codes from ecu, the only code displayed was 000513 g28 speed sensor!!!
Would this sensor have anything to do with overheating / fans not kicking in when hot??
it has been suggested that i install a manual fan switch but i would much prefer to have the auto fans work properly.
Any help / suggestions would be appriciated...

Was the engine running when you pulled codes?

That's probably why you got a speed sensor warning.

If you retry with the engine running the code should be gone.
