    Precision Turbo quality

I have a friend which just buyed a billet 6765 , T4 , incidently i saw a photo of the housing, it seems to some bad quality finishing on it ? , are all precision turbo like that ? I was thinking of buying a billet turbo from them in the future, but it seems that quality control is not very good ? Any first hand experience with this turbos ?

That looks horrible... I wouldn't use it. Looks like the radius has been attacked with some kind of grinding tool, even touched the bore fitting the cartridge!
I would send it back and ask for a proper one, looks like a Chinese quality part...
