Hi everyone.
I want to see if my head gasket has gone as I suspect it has as my engine is smoking irratically and I cant work out why.
I dont have time to do the work myself but looking at gettting a cylinder compression tested. If this is the case I will need it changing along with the other gaskets and also the belts, waterpump etc while the engine is apart.
Im looking at buying all the bits myself and was planning to do it myself but cant afford to have the car off the road for days on end while i fit it in around other things.
Is there anyone in my area (Buckinghamshire) who may be able to help or know of anyone? I live near High Wycombe.
Obveously I will pay, just would rather see my money go to someone I can trust and knows what they are doing rather than a general garge.
