audi 80 tdi boost

are you sure the ecu isnt already socketed?all the 1z ecus i have seen are done from factory

yeah iv had the ecu open and its defo fixed in place but like i said the other ecu iv got also came out of a 93 80 tdi that im in the middle of taking parts from and thats socket type.
dose anyone know why there's so many different ecu numbers for the 80 tdi????
and could i not just use the ecu with the sockets in??? i know its a different number but there's no chip in the key or anything so that aint a problem

quick up date.iv changed the injectors for 110 ones,my old ones must have been shot cus im getting better boost !!!!!!!.dose this sound right???
