Need ideas on AAN running hot issue.

I'd like to say the problem is still unresolved.
If I'm driving my car hard and just
stop the car at the traffic.Few minutes the
    temp gauge will go up
another 2 marks from 90C(operating temp).
The VAG-com shows 107-108C today on the coolant temp.
I think the IC temp gauge is accurate now.
Driving out,Shutting down and fired up again.the temp gauge
will start going up somewhere around 105-110C.it took
more than 10-20mins to keep the temp gauge down or let the car
moving for a couple minutes then the needle just back to
    90C.

-the Aux Fan kick on normally both low & high speed.
    -new T-stat.
-new Behr viscous coupling clutch today.
-Resurfaced the head and been pressure tested.
-removed all coolant hoses and no any blockages inside.
-Swapped the new Aux Fan(last week).
-Heater system has been by passed 10years ago(no related).

Tomorrow i'm going to replace the new radiator (again).
Do i forget to replace/check anything besides the lists?

The last thing is i'm going to get another head in which
i hope i will be able to fix w/o removing the head for the
    second time.not funny at all.TIA

Have you bled the water coolant system properly? This was one of the problems which caused my S2 to get hot. Rusty's guide of raising the header tank as high up as possible when bleeding seemed to help a lot.

I think i have bled the coolant well.bit confidence of air blockage free inside the coolant system.

Agreed Airlock in coolant system? Use a pressure bleeder like one of these link

When you switch off the engine and lift the bonnet can you hear any bubbling. I had a seal broken at my water pump. Before that it was almost impossible to bleed the system of air. Afterwards it was easy to bleed.

I didn't ever see any overheating like you tho'

Yup,occasionally hearing some bubbling inside the coolant hoses.
i replaced the new water pump with no luck.I'm going
to replace the spared head if finally i could't pull the trigger.

I had hot running from a not properly sealed coolant system and from a weak HG. I'd suggest that you have a small leak somewhere that's stopping the correct pressure being built up in the system. Bleeding is also a bit of a faff but should sort itself out over time, apart from the heater matrix...

Can i just let driving the car for 10-15miles to bleed the airlock by itself?
nice tools, should have purchased some of them.

Hello Steve, there's no any white smoke or coolant missing in the system.
engine idling fine,no loss of power.

Andy, the head being sent for resurfacing and it had no bent/warped on it.
new HG also being replaced instead of old one.old HG has no visible leak.
no smoke spot, white spot from burnt coolant on HG liner as well.
the head was resurfaced down for 0.0xmm.
