Are they worth it in a mild turned engine?

Yes. NM cams may help a bit, but are not the weakest link so there are other places to use money on before cams. Would port the head before changing cams, but of course more costly. If you already have the NM cams you could test with and without. The only way to be sure if it's working

I mapped a car with them a week ago on RS2 turbo.
They are very nice cams - the lift and duration is similar to the stock ones, but just a little more.
You lose a tiny little bit down low (not really noticeable, especially on a custom mapped car), but get a nice gain up top, especially past 5000 rpm compared to stock cams.
I'd go for it.Comment

when you say stock? you mean ADU or ABY cams?
when compared to the ADU cams, what are the differences?
From the links, it almost looks like the NMs are having slighlty higher lift on IN/EX and there is a difference in duration on the IN when compared to the ADU..
what does the duration difference means in practice?Comment

Is it good setup to use 7a exhaust cam and NM inlet cam? Because I found them in 7a engine which goes clearly with much torque. lifts are the same, but tim different:
NM __________Opens 0° ATDC, closes 32° ABDC, duration 212°, lift 9,6mm?
7A___________Opens 6° ATDC, closes 38° ABDC, duration 212°, lift 9,6mm
would be better to use 7a inlet cam or leave NM?Comment

bumping this old thread , would both cams be used or only one for this?I mapped a car with them a week ago on RS2 turbo.
