    calling all turbo guru's

i've got a hair line crack about inch long in my turbo exhaust side and wonder if this will result in lost power or worst fall apart?
    i'm fearing the worst.

Normal it Will not affect anything, but it depends ón how big and long the crack are.
It Will affect spool up and top power if it leaks a lot.
    But hours looks fine tho.

your right actually,it does not affect the power delivery much, but see hair line like that makes me worry abit.
the turbo itself as minimal or no play at all.

while this turbo is off for inspection i'm testing a rs2 k27 hybrid i put together a little earlier this year and will report back once finish testing.

i might just do that thanks.
even though turbo works fine,i feel any little airline cracks will result in slight lose of power.so if it can be weld then it all good.

yeah jsut make sure to clean the housing up so its smooth again

not fixing the cracks will result in them getting much larger faster, just liek rust its best to fix it asap
