It still runs like s*it!!

Well.. My RS2 hasn't been running like it should have since i bought it. I thought I could sort it out, but i need some advice as to how.
The problem is that i accelrates like my old Subaru Justy, slowly that is. It packs no punch at all.

I just can't feel the turbo kicking in, but the boost gauge goes right up to 1.7bar..

I have:
-No boost leaks
-New WGFV
-Tried several dump valves, original and aftermarket
-New sparkplugs
-Backfire at full throttle (sometimes)
-Black smoke at gearchange and it smells of fuel (sometimes)

Have not read fault codes yet, might they provide an answer?
Please advice, really need help with this one.

Read the fault codes. Thats one of the forst things to try. It may help point you/us in the right direction

Yes i would say read the fault codes, if that isnt showing i would check the exhaust
