Audi s2 big problem with the engine

hi everyone i'm new here,i have a problem with my s2 3b 1991 engine

inside the engine is broken something,but i don.t know what and the engine heats very very fast and water boil ,i bought the car 3 monts ago but i did not 100 km with her..

yesterday i went with it to clean ,when i got back I've stopped in front of the building with her and left it with the engine running 10 min,then i speeded it up to 7000 rpm 2 seconds and the engine stopped leaving acceleration.after I tried to start but not swung at all engine, the board shows me an exclamation point.The next morning I managed to start but very difficult as some would hold the engine to spin.car now starts but something inside the engine knocks and quickly heats, water begins to boil.the timing has been changed and ignition distributor outside of oil and oil filter when all this happened to me.

please help if you know what is and how I can fix it

(I bought motor oil Castrol Magnatec 10W40 is it good?,What oil is good for the gearbox and differential?)

it don't sound good..
prepare your self for worst scenario .. but befinetly you will have to change head gasket. because they mixed engine compresion with water..
the knocking noise is not good.. I always suspect on connecting rods. because they are weak point . maybe they look like banana .

change engine gasket , than you will see in what kind condition is pistons and cillinders .

give us some video of noise.. it will be easyer to find out what is going on..

maybe is other problem with the engine? not the connecting rods?

definitely sounds like head gasket has let go in a big way, perhaps the engine has hydrolocked and bent rods & crippled the big ends
Video of knocking noise would be useful.
