I've had a chap on ebay looking to buy a ABY ecu from me due to a stating fault.
We had a chat on the phone and we both agreed its maybe unlikely that its a ecu fault as they do tend to be relaible.
The faults that I've been made aware of are that fuse 25 ( I believe is lambda heater control ? ) blows anytime you try to start it, with the lambda disconnected it doesn't blow. I've had him check the lambda wiring as far as the 2 connecters and that seems ok.
The fuel pump is also not priming, unsure if this is connected to the fault or not.
He had mentioned the previous owner had the non starting fault diagnosed as the cam sensor, I guess that could count towards the fuel pump not priming but we both agreed that the issue with the fuse blowing should be diagnosed first
The car is a white S2 Coupe ABY on a L reg located in the midlands I believe if anyone knows the car.
I've asked Shah to join upto the forum but for now I said I'd start a post to see if I could get him any help with it.
Thanks in advance
