Self output test doesn't work!

Does anybody know what may cause that output test doesn't work any more on S2 3B? I used this test few monts ago and everything were ok (that was the way I discovered that N75 valve is dead). I tried the same test few days ago and nothing happened
Test with LED is working and i get blink codes, but output test doesn't work.

The same thing is happening (output test doesn;t work) on my URquattro with AAN engine, but ECU is chipped so maybe this is the reason.

Does anybody know what could be the problem?

Is your method OK - or are you doing this with VAGCOM ?

Mmm - that is a known good method alright. Seems odd it goes wrong on two different cars.

Strangest thing is that I can pull blink codes from both ECU/cars

All you can do is try a stock ECU - would be a pain if tuner has removed such obviously useful factory code.

I'll try, but I don't know why I can't pull codes from 3B as I could few months ago

Maybe something sill then... like bad contacts, cables or whatever

I thought it could be a reason, but I use the same contacts for blink codes and it works

the one fuse is burned.. 100% .
on 200 20v it is fuse No 20. don't know where it is on s2..
