Oil filters?

Just wondered if people are happy using any or original Audi, I have been using the usual stuff from my local car spares shop but spanner man said might be better paying the extra for Audi filter. Any thoughts on this?

Audi filter is a rebadged Mann filter that you can buy from GSF for half the price, you man must have shares in Audi

Buy one and compare them, they are the same minus the Audi fourrings on the gsf part

Mann 719/30 or you could upgrade to a toilet roll filter

Have used Mann till now but this time I took a Bosch one. Same price.

you may use some mercedes oilfilter too, but i will prefer the org one... if you use the wrong one and the engine fails( bearing) it will be pain in the ****
beacuse the oilfilter for smallchanges....

I took the Mann W719/30 and now the equivalent from Bosch. The Mann is the original Audi one.

As i was doing an oil change i compared these side by side, they are the same filter
