What 4 bar fpr to use

Is there any difference between 1.8 t fpr and 7a one. Both are rated at 4 bar.I want to replace my 3b 3 bar fpr with 4 bar one.But I can t find a 7a one. Will the 1.8t fit on the fuel rail.

I am guessing that the 1.8t FPR is a clamp-in with an O-ring. (but I could be wrong) Your 3B needs a bolt in. Link to more info below this table:

    7A, 20V NA, 4.0 Bar nominal, bolt in = PN 054133534
    3B, 20VT, 3.0 Bar nominal, bolt in = PN 034133534M
    AAN, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clamp in to VIN P080000 = PN 078133534A (UrS4, Bosch 0280160516) (Clamp PN N10210602)
    AAN, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clip in after VIN P080001 = PN 078133534A (UrS4, Bosch 0280160516) (Clip PN 037133047A)
    AAN, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clip in = PN 078133534C (UrS6, Bosch 0280160517) (Clip PN 037133047A)
ABY, 20VT, 4.0 Bar, clip in = PN 078133534C (same as AAN) (Clip PN 037133047A)
    RS2, 20VT, 3.8 Bar, clip in = PN 034133534P (Clip PN 037133047A)

            yes they are..

most easy way to fix 4bar FPR on 3B engine is to use 2.8 v6 FPR .

there is lot of 4.0bar FPR in VAG group . and I think that 4.0bar FPR are all the same.

I have an adjustable 3B FPR, built with a conversion kit from a Finnish company some years ago. Works good and a nice kit. It's not for sale, but I can't remember the name of the company, maybe someone here knows it?

The main benefit of the 7A FPR in the 3B is that it's a simple bolt-in replacement and it's cheap.
