Ok people. G\good news that i found out my overheating problem is bad main radiator, even that from outside looks really good but flow was extremely restricted, therefore it could not cool the engine down. I was able to back flush the radiator and get it to work better, however i will get a new one, it is not worth the risk. I have found one on eBay Germany, made by Hella and it states that it is with thicker matrix. Any of you guys used this radiator as replacement if not what is best thing to get except one from dealer, that costs arm and leg

The original is Behr. Search in ebay or other stores for a Behr one....it costs approx 200 euros.
        Go Holset or Go RS4

i guess my problem was an air lock caused by a bent hose, which connects to the after run pump. also the cluster which shows the temp is bad, because it shows more temp, tried another instrument cluster and it showed 90C+ the fan kicked in between 90-100, as with my instrument cluster, the temp displayed is ~100C, fan goes on near 110C or above...

so i will try replacing the part which shows the engine temp in the instrument cluster.

Thanks again to all you that helped, but I am glad also that I found the problem. I guess I will search for Behr radiator, as it seems that most of you feel that this is best way to go.

I have one more question, is the S2 radiator same as RS2 one? I am getting some conflicting info on internet so I am not sure.
