    Warning light - red triangle- dashboard

    Hi,

    looking for your support and advice what is a meaning of this warning light - red triangle?

    Audi S2 with RS2 dashboard. It was fine for a long time so the dashboard change is not a case.

    Thanks.

    Isn't that triangle related to the hazard / warning light system (switch, turn signal bulbs and flasher). Perhaps that is a warning that one or more of those components is no longer working properly.

          Not now as have no access to vagcom now. But if that will be the only way to find a solution I find a way to do that.

            maybe its because the light filter on the dash is different in the RS2? Its actully a different warning lamp

              I agree.... I think this is where the hand- brake light should be.... does any other light come on with the hand-brake up, down?

              Maybe the switch is now faulty and the light is on permanently?

                Is it significant that your low on petrol light is on, but there is plenty of petrol in your tank as per the gauge's readout ?

                  Thanks for ideas!

                  1. Hand-brake light is next to left and is working fine;
                  2. Fuel level is now adapted as dashboard is on Coupe not Avant and do not influience this bloody triangle...

                      our coupe is the air bag steering wheel model and the light in that place is the air bag warning light.

                        My RS2 has the airing light on the bottom right.
                        Did you check the airbag section specifically, or just the engine for fault codes?

                              Your codes are either a bad tune or a boost leak.
