Prior to upgrading my 3b I had no issues, upgraded to used RS2 intercooler, new turbo, manifold and 3" exhaust system. My Car hasn't beed driven only started on the drive but noticed a bit of black oil dripping from the exhaust flange underneath
When you say dripping from the exhaust flange do you mean the down pipe ?
If its the down pipe it is possible you have oil dripping / spraying on it from a hose .
I have seen this before when people don't tighten or clean the mating faces of the turbo oil feed hose properly, it can squirt a fine jet of oil and if its going in that direction it may run down the exhaust.
Are you sure its oil and not just black water from condensation ?
If it is oil then I suspect turbo oil seal is not seated right an is dumping oil into the exhaust
Get the turbo off and have the seals checked. It's likely to be the hot side if it's dripping with oil. I can't imagine a load of oil will do your cats any good, unless you've decatted?
