    PG g60 running rich

It is the model without TPS.
Tryed new IM to ecu hose 1m.Tryed other ecu, other intake sensor/co adjuster.
New lambda probe, cecked timing. No vacuum leaks.
It starts well from cold, runs a little rich. When it is 90 degree(and i guess it is in closed loop) and you keep it constant rew it gets tons of fuel.I conected a narrow band afr gauge to o2 sensor and the needle fluctuates in the rich area(so probe reads rich).Measured wire from sensor to ecu and continuity is there.
The o2 wires insulation is cracked at the entrance in the plug but wires inside are not cut.Fuel pressure ok,regulator ok doing its job when vac/pressure applied.Injectors not leacking.New water temp sensors.
Could knock sensor cause that?It has no cracks and torqued to spec.Could the exit conection from IM to hose that goes to ecu be partial clooged?Earth problem?(i have to say that engine always run rich, but after we did engine rebuild and got it inside it is worse.
And something strange is there:after the rebuild the water temp gauge and fuel gauge are not working, also onboard computer shows nothing..
We are desperate, the client as well. The 20vt problems are little children compaired to this g60.

If there is other section for this topic please tell me.

Blue water temp sensor. Cars stuck on cold start map due to faulty sensor.
