I don't know if I'm being thick but here goes. I have just changed my thermostat and now when I turn the car off the engine keeps running.
When I turn the ignition off the blower etc go off but the engine keeps running. I can even take the key out then pull away. But as soon as I open the drivers door the engine goes off.
Any Ideas?
If it is, i did mine a few weeks ago on my coupe make sure you get all the paint out of the 2 screw heads and use a screwdriver with a good tip on it too.

Cheers for the link. I think it must be temperature related because I've done a few short runs today and the engine turned off as normal but when the car got up to temperature the engine started running on, kind of like some sort of turbo timer.
If the engine continues to run - consistantly with the door closed and only stops when you open the door, it sounds like you have backfeed through something which is triggered by the interior light coming on as the key is removed?
I don't know enough about the ignition switch in these cars but if it switches the interior light on when you turn the ignition switch off and it's faulty, it could be bridging the gap from 30 to 15 for ign feed rather than interior light?
Just an idea.
You could pull the interior light delay relay (if it has one) and see if that makes any difference?
