    Head Gasket in 7A

    Hi friends,

I have a small question to do.

I´m rebuild my 7A engine, use 82.5mm of bore.

My pistons have ( JE ), in top, 81.5mm. I can use to head gasket bore of 82mm or is danger because my crearence is only of 0.5mm?

    Regards

you have a few issues there 7A is 82.5 bore, if i understand correctly you r trying to use 81.5 mm pistons that will not work, you can cut your HG to 82.5mm with out problems

      Probably i´m explain bad

I have in my engine JE pistons of 82,5mm. In top of piston i have bore of 81.5mm. Bore of cylinder is 82.5mm and bore of RS2 head gasket is 82mm. RS2 gasket have ideal ( to me ) dimension bore x thickness 82mmx1.65mm.

My question is, is problematic i use bore of gasket of 82mm in my block of 82.5mm?
