Engine rebuild parts.

I've searched the forum but can seem to find the info I'm after.

I need a complete set of shell bearings big and main ends (standard size)
Complete set of piston rings (Standard size for standard pistons)

I understand that KS 800001011000 tapered rings are good to use but I'm struggling to get in contact with KS direct and I'm wondering where members of the forum get their parts from.

I've had a price for OEM bearings and I'm prepared to pay the genuine prices but then I'm also wondering if its worth fitting anything that could be better as I'm fitting H-rods while the engine is apart.

Any info would be great as these are all I'm waiting on then the rebuild can begin.

a local place to me sells glyco main bearings...Aelred did get mine but I found these for another forum member by chance after I got them..
JP (RWD19T) sold me my KS rings...
