Oil pressure sender 034919561 NLA, any replacement?

Ok, seems that the oil pressure sender, part number 034919561 has gone NLA. Is there any part you can use for replacement? How about part 035919561? It has different thread size, but could be fitted with a adapter. Does it work electrically?

The 035919561 is the S2 ABY and RS2 ADU sender. Probably identical electrically to the 034919561. You need the Item 17 adapter, PN 034103179 which (I think) has the M16x1.5 threads on the block end and the M10x1 on the outer end.

Read down through this AAN-related post and not the differences in the location of the RS2 oil pressure sender and the trick with the adapter and the check valve.

Ok, thanks. Then I just buy the ABY sender. So does the ABY oil pressure swich sit in a adapter or does it have a M16x1,5mm thread? I'm at work so I can't check ETKA. I could buy the ABY switch also, and swap the location of the sender and switch.

Edit. If there is a adapter it propably have a part number...

I don't think you looked at the link I gave you. I think the upper hole of the two is M10x1 and the lower hole is M16x1.5 (larger to accomodate the check valve). To use the lower hole for the ABY sender, you will need that adapter.

There was clear info about the M10x1/M16x1.5 adapter in my post. Your 074103179 PN is wrong.

Noup, the 034103179 adapter is NLA, also the 056919081E switch is NLA. Those are the new part numbers.

Okay. My friend Kate didn't know about the 074103179 and thought the 034103179 was still good. I will update my Oil pressure sender and switch post with your new info. Thanks.

Installed ETKA 7.3(with almost all latest updates) yesturday, didn't get the internet auto updates workin yet. But anyway, it says 034103179 has been replaced from december 2008. Also the switch 056919081E has been replaced in april 2007.

My friend Kate graduated from parts training school in 2007 and hasn't been back for a refresher course since, so thanks for the updates.
