    Suitable reinforced 8mm hose/supplier ?

I know this has been discussed a while back , but I'm in the process of replacing all the usual hoses (now suffering from the dreaded overboost problems !!) and I'm struggling to find a supplier of the 8mm reinforced stuff for the wg to wgfv etc. is "normal" 8mm samco vacuum hose suitable ??, I can't seem to find this sort of hose at sfs or merlin anymore !!!!

    thanks

sfs definetly do it. Best bet is to give them a call and have a word with them. Been over there a few times and see like helpful people.

Tried 8mm Samco for the WG to wastegate solenoid hose, it worked for a while but after 3-4 months the WG end cracked. Too hot I guess, it was spec'ed for 180C, maybe the WG connection was a little hotter.

Try this site and go to Jetwash hose 120 bar ok for you?

Wath Group is a well-established, highly reputable and certified business. We offer full turnkey solutions for our clients.

I have just got a new custom made jetwash hose from them and the hose is braided rubber which looks fine.

Wasn't that a line from 'It ain't half hot mum'?

It's rated at 150c and will remain flexible. A call to them to see what else they do may prove worthwhile.
