say i'm running a Turbo with a No.12 hotside and my engines 2.2 Litre, boost will be very laggy. I rebuild my engine to a stroker approx 2.6 Litre then shouldn't the boost be a lot less laggy with the increased displacement using the same turbo ?

Yes, JP ran the same turbo on his 2.2 and 2.5 and said it made 750rpm difference in peak boost.sigpic

Yes, approx 300 or max 500 RPM sooner if everything else is the same.
JP has many things different from piston/rods, balancing, head work, camshafts, turbo (housing/wheels).Go Holset or Go RS4Comment
