HX35/K26 is as big as you are going to get with RS2 EM.

        That can do 440hp...

What's your definition of "bolt on" though? You can get a 3076 with KKK style housing, put a spacer between the turbo and the manifold and fit it on a RS2 EM. Oil and water won't fit tho.

K26/27 is also "bolt on" a bit ancient though, but can push 400bhp+ with the right aux parts.

I'm in the middle of a Volvo 7400 setup at the minute. I thought it was bolt on, but never is that simple. Nothing major but air intake pipe, oil lines etc are different.

              That's nowhere near a 3076R though...

I had a K26/hx40. I needed a 12mm plate so the compressor cover didn't touch the exhaust manifold. then new oil lines.

Really Bolt on are only the 3K hybrids.

                      i think his issue is on a b5 s4, with twin k24s not a 2.2 inline 5 engine.

I need to get some figures on my #6 K26/7, but it should be ~430hp. You just can't beat the BB turbo's with old-skool (which are the only bolt-on option).

If you want low/mid driveability and max boost around 3k then go for the K24-7400 from the Volvo and 370hp; if you want top-end go for the #8 hotside K26/27 and 500hp but you'll be boosting mid/high 4's. Or fit something like mine that sits in the middle.

The standard top oil line wouldn't clear the compressor housing, nowhere near it. If you managed to use one i'd be keen to see pictures.

I don't know which compressor you would need to fit, but any K26/K27 I've seen won't make noticeably more power with the #8 hotside over a #6, as the compressor is completely maxed out even on a #6.

Also, 370 from a K24-7400 is wishful thinking without meth IMO.
