Horrible looking water pipe

water leak again on the ABY saloon.
this time its a steel type pipe-hose on the cooling system. very small pin-hole where the coolant leaks thru. and looking at the internal part of the pipe, its horrible looking...

there's no marking of part number on the pipe. need help.

any suggestions for replacement? modified pipe?

The part is called a "water pipe", as shown as Item 6, in the diagram below for an AAN.
The AAN PN is 034121071S. The 3B water pipe PN is 034121071R. The ABY and ADU water pipes are the same and the PN is 034121071T. (Yup, the 3B, AAN and ABY/ADU progression of 071R, 071S and 071T makes sense). I would try a dealer for replacement. Might have to come out of Germany.
