I was trying to compare 42 lb/hr (actually 43 lb/hr) Bosch Green top (non-RS2) injectors to RS2 injectors (360 cc/min or about 34.3 lb/hr at SG = 0.72) and bumped in to this RC Engineering website . Playing with the calculator there, if you run the 360 cc/min RS2 injectors at 86 psi in the fuel rail (4 Bar + 28 lbs boost), with 5 injectors, and a Brake Specific Fuel Consumption factor of 0.6 (low end of turbo engines), and a 90% duty cycle you can just get 360 hp, i.e. MRC Stage 3 software levels with RS2 turbo and injectors (actually you start with 360 hp and end up with 359 cc/min). To get to 380 hp (the top end of typical aftermarket RS2 software, e.g. MTM/Dahlback), those 360 cc/min RS2 injectors need to be running at 95% duty cycle, i.e. they are basically maxxed out.
