Turbo Suggestion

Hi

I've got a stock RS2 and have ordered VEMS and 550cc injectors. Someone recommended a Garrett GTX3076R, But I came across a GT3040R which looks very promising!!

Can someone tel me if this will have a good ratio between lag and power?

And I can choose the K24 housing and just bolt it onto the stock manifold!! I think . . . . .

You'll also need custom oil and coolant lines for any of the Garrett turbo's, the K26 hotside is direct fit to the manifold but not perfect - on my GT3071 I had to space up the engine mount to stop it resting on the chassis and alter the downpipe as it sits about 1/2" further back.

I would be going for the GTX3076R, it's a newer and improved turbo - you'll get boost sooner, better low-boost performance and similar power... the injectors will limit you to ~550hp anyway.

No no no to a 30/40 a gtx3076r would make more power than it as well
