I'm currently sitting in a car shop and I need to know the following.

Part numbers for hardened violett:

rod bearings
crankshaft bearing

Anything other ? Do I need 2 sets of violet rod bearing ?

Is this what you want:
Con rod bearing upper: 034 105 701B (yellow/violet)
Con rod bearing lower: 034 105 701 (yellow)
Crank Bearings: 034 198 491C
Thrusts: 035 198 421
I think these are all std size.
