Power output is more than just the turbo spec, it also depends on the turbo make, cams, compression etc etc

You need to supply the complete picture, on paper yes its a 6065 same size as a super hx40 and should make 600 bhp

it won't with a .63 AR turbine housing, your going to need a .82

It will with a .63 Repo has btdt so has Kai at KRB roughly 630-650 limit

ok thanks, just trying to get some ideas together for my product selection,

polished and ported head, standard cams(aby)
forged rods,
modified stock pistons or new lower compression,
custom turbo manifold,
i am looking at a tb60 01 (turbobanditen)(623euros) yes i know they are not poular over here but i believe them to be good units, opinions good and bad appreciated! or suggestions of similar size units at good prices.

2.5" out let is alittle small also
