    AAN poor running

This engine(all stock) has 2 main problems:
1.Builds boost starting from 3000 rpm
2.After boost (arround 1 bar@3500 rpm)is build runs agresive(as much 1 bar can be) and starts to hold back,a little after that runs fine again.
    I checked wastegate(diafragm,spring,not sticking),boost leaks untill 1.2 bar,bypass valve new,n75 new,1.8 turbo coils conversion new,f5dpor's new,engine timing corect.
Found a leak and repaired it,found hose near ecu being strangulated/repaired,coils installed without moding rubber near the top and they were not getting enough down and repaired that.Much better but not enough.
About late building boost i should open the turbo and ceck the interior of the blades condition(they can not be seen without opening cases and i found once 1 turbine wheel crushed, the inducer damaged with the exducer in perfect condition and no shaft play)
What other reason can cause so late building of boost?Cats?
I tried my ecu in this car with more boost eproms in it(my car running good)and it runs worse,so another reasons i think it holds back could be:
a.fuel pressure that i will ceck.I guess low fuel could get knock and ignition gets retarded(but boost stays steady)
    b.knock sensors faulty.

    Or what?

I will get a log with my car and my ecu,and a log with the faulty car also with my ecu and compare timing advance.

What should be more interesting to log?rpm, timing, throttle position, iat and what else?

    Thank you.

    Remembered a fiew things:
Temp sensor not checked(i will see at diagnose what it says)
The little 1 way valve under IM that lets only oil fumes to go to intake not boost to go down NOT CECKED
Throttle position not checked if it sees wot
    Iat not cecked.
And the most concerning thing:tappets are very noisy.Especialy when hot.Could that create a detonating signal for sensors and that is why it might retard advance? This could explain why it runs better when not so hot...

No fault code.I made 2 logs with both cars.My car seems to keep a little more advanced timing(13.5 vs 11.5 in some cases) and also at my car that runs fine(as i feel it) load gets to a max of 129.5 much slower than the not running s6.The fueling at not running s6 seems a little higher than my s4.But it is so hard to see something due bad transfers(sometimes 400 rpm jumps) and also the seccond and the third blocks loged rpm is not the same as in first block(001).will get home and post logs maybe someone will help.

Solved. After making a new tool for measuring fuel pressure on rail i found 3.5 bar on idle and 3.2 with throttle opened vs 3.9 on iddle and 4.5 bar with throttle opened.I guess it is a faulty pump, regulator i have changed and made the same.
