Running a massive freeflow 3phase hydrovane and sealed wetblast/aquablast cabinet from vapormatt with a 30cfm gun. Including the 10hp digital 3 phase converter to power the hydrovane all 3 came in just shy of £10k installed.
I normally run a fine finishing media with 55-60psi. This gives a shiny satin cast finish.

Can run upto 80-90psi but that starts to peen the surface even with a fine media so only good if doing stripping which I prefer not to use it for. Attached is a pair of scooby heads I just finished porting today.

The marks around the cleaned up exhaust port is waterspray out the airlines when drying which wipes clean with a rag and brake clutch cleaner

I wetblast them with water degreasant and glass bead but have acquired a very effective post cleaning technique
However the cleaning generally takes longer than the blasting. The main key is no dead ends and do not block of any threads as the stuff still gets in there. That's why I use a degreasent mixed in with the water.
