AAN/ABY Fuel pressure reg

I will soon be needing a fuel pressure regulator for my AAN fuel rail/manifold and was wondering if the ABY one is the same or will the RS2 one fit?
What pressure do they run at?
Its all going on a 3b (pretty much RS2 spec)

Martin, ABY/AAN FPR is 4 Bar, RS2 is 3.8 Bar. IMHO use a 4 Bar, it's much better!

Well im hoping to finish 're-engineering' (lol) the manifold in a few days, i have a few pics of the things i've done so will start a thread showing it from start to finish.

Hats off to you and mark for tackling this in your garage/shed, i've been doing it at work with access to lots of tools/equipment and a TIG welder and its still taken quite a while to sort out.
