Still experiencing crack case pressure build up help please

I replaces the one way valve and the pressure regulating valve on the pcv system, then I had routed a catch can exactly as recommended in the aan catch can setup diagram, yet still experiencing oil seeping out the oil cap and past the oil pan gasket , any thoughts i'n what to inspect? Also checked the flame trap and wasnt that dirty .

    2 things I noticed

    - my catch can ports are say 5mm outlet dia and the. The inlet dia going into the can is approx 2-3mm noticeably smaller ( I've heard this. Of affect the flow going into the can if the ports are to small?)

    - also I was wondering if I could temp disconnect the hose from the pressure regulating valve going to the can just to see how the flow is (aka acting like a larger catch can or would that not work since it is not a sealed system)

    - anyone experience problems with any of the lines being clogged possibly? Or the pipe running through the valve cover?

Well they're small lines. Im running 15mm and 19mm lines in and 19mm out.

Crankcase pressure build up is normally from worn rings and guides.

A failed check valve, if the manifold source is still in use can also cause this.
      Just as a heads up.

Yes but he said that's allready been replaced. Clogged up pipe from back of rocker down to the junction on the block. Or the one leading from the block to the one way check valve will create issues.

Yeah, my bad, I didn't pay enough attention to the OP.
In that case, either one of the pipes is blocked, the engine is worn or the engine build has not been done to spec.

Motor has been rebuilt and has about 3000km on it, built to spec I'm going to tear down the whole system to inspect for clogged pipes, but I'm pretty sure that it's the catch can that isn't vented to the atmosphere

My Catchtank is routed back into the turbo. I've eliminated the pcv system at idle. and I have no issues with crankcase pressure. When I vent it to atmosphere and leave the car to idle it starts to smoke slightly after a couple of minutes as the crankcase pressure is just enough at idle that the turbo seals start to seep. Plumb it back into the intake of the turbo so it pulls a light vacuum and the smoke goes away. So unless you have some seriously large vents to air through some big breather pipes I can't see venting to air making anything better.
