Black to my questions! In case I use fumoto valve can i leave it open to drain the oil from oil seperator while engine is working or there is risk pressure from the sumb to push the oil into separator/catch tank???? I'm not sure what will be the pressure into sumb in high RPM.

Nik0las: There is a problem with your plan: You have the flow from the head and the flow from the PCV system *potentially* going against each other. The catch can/swirl pot would work better if you had the flow from the head and the PCV system joined together first, then enter the can where you show the flow from the head enter.
The bottom port could be the drain back to the sump.

But either way, you are re-inventing the wheel. There are better designs available from 034 or EFI Express, for examples.

Yes, which is why it was suggested. It was done like this many years ago by Doug_RS2

I already orthered fumoto valve either way will be in good use for me at least for oil change . I will redisine the flows no problem here but I can use the fumoto valve constantly open is my question? is there a risk of sumb oil to overflow the catch tank ?

So if I understood you correctly YES I can leave it open???

This is stange ot this means there is no oil pressure in the sumb while engine is working or??? I just can explain my self how this is working there is should be somekind of pressure preventing oil to drain

Sump is not at much pressure if the breather is working properly, so having the valve open is fine.

Don't bother with fluro lined hose, it's very expensive, instead use Mocal oil system hose, it's far cheaper and will last forever, it even comes in braided but only up to 19mm.

There are a few good threads on this and I've personally spent quite a time on it. The crank case output is 30mm diameter and so can be used as a vent and a drain for a more modest setup but you have to accept it's not as good as a drain to sump setup under more extreme conditions. I've run a swirl pot like this for a while and the catch tank hasn't got a drop of oil in it after road use with 350bhp or so but track use may be different. I also have a drain to sump one to fit soon.

You're best off relocating the head breather rather than getting overly fancy. As the thread I did on the head breather showed, it trickles oil into the system and overwhelms it all. Relocate the breather and you don't have to worry about that oil. Obviously not a bolt on solution but it's part of the best solution. I looked into a replacement oil filler cap and others have made them - that's the best place for the breather without removing it all to get welded.

Are there any pictures of these Filler caps? When using this you are blocking the lower rear pipe and use this instead, am I right?

                        something like this?

are you reffering to the rear ventilation tube of the head? How this feets there?

The head/valvecover breather is located in the rear of the cover. On full acceleration with a high power car the oil in the head will flood the breather. If the head breather is located in a different location you get rid of the breather system oil flooding. Billmans filler cap breather is located on the top and front of the valvecover. Then you should plug the stock outlet in the rear.

I thought that it will be something like this but I wasn't sure.

The picture above is from VW 2.0i engine. How this breather feets on 2.2t is it bolt on?

And sorry for the stupped question but that way is it going to be bad for the engine after all thses vipors are meant to go out of the head not to lopping them back or?
