                hmm.. that´s strange.. Could it be some other bearings ? When I search on the number I find this ones: http://martsources.en.alibaba.com/pr...Audi_Seat.html

                I know that 034 is the code for AAN and I think 707 is the over size bearing number since 701 is the stock ones..

                Could someone look up what audi´s uses this rod bearing with this number: 034 105 707

                    "034" covers a wide range, if not all, of the Audi 5 cylinder engines.

                    034 105 707 is the 0.25 mm undersize con rod bearings for a wide range of engines, including the KV, NG, NM, and 7A

                    For future reference:

                    034 105 713 = 0.5 mm undersize

                    034 105 719 = 0.75 mm undersize

                    Interesting that the last numbers go up by "6" with every 0.25 mm, i.e.
                    stock = 0.00 mm undersize = 701
                    0.25 mm undersize = 707
                    0.50 mm undersize = 713
                    0.75 mm undersize = 719

                      0.75 mm undersize = 719

                      Hopefully that info will help some others to!

                      Here another question.. the piston ring gap - should the top one point towards the intake side, the second 120 deg clockwise and the oil ring another 120deg clockwise ?
