A lot smoke in the next turn on the engine

    Hello to everyone
Just pass some months and I gone here already.

I have a serius problem with my car, really two problems.

One is the smoke. If I run seriusly with the car, the next time I turn on the engine, the exhaust pipe blow off a lot of smoke, makeing a fog land on my garage.
In the past I install some oil tanks but all the they were smollest or bads. And why that I put the PCV system "like" original. Only the N80 is out of the sistem because the pressure valve behind it all the time was "pop off"ing

It´s possible that smoke was the oil fitted for the hard driving?

I'm thinking about the PCV system and maybe the Rusty's system.

PS. the engine is maded from 65k kms and turbo has around 30l kms

Does it use much oil or water?

There are a number of ways that oil can get into the engine, you can easily diagnose the breather by blocking off the inlet hose and small hose that goes to the underside of the IM and then simply running that to a tank for a quick run and then see if it still does it. If it still has lots of smoke then you're looking at the turbo or the engine internals (valve guide seals being worn, a damaged stem seal, piston ring damaged etc. etc.). Engine can be diagnosed using a compression test.

The other thing to do is to clean out all of the inlet pipework, as it will have oil residue in there, including the IC and then see if it gets filled up again quickly.

In the past I have an oil catch tank and the car dosen't create smoke. But the tank goes to Full very fast. It´s normal? Or my car or my PVC system are wrong?
I changed my PCV valve too because the original goes out.

It's not normal. If you are pushing oil through the breather, either the small valve behind the manifold has failed or your piston rings are worn.

I have the same issue on mine, 99% sure its the turbo seals as it really depends on how hot it was when shut down. With normal city driving there is nothing visible from inside the car, but if drive hard using full throttle before its shutdown i am guaranteed a puff of blue smoke on startup.

The thing to define between the turbo or engine is smoking is when you first start the car in the morning.once the engine fired up,if the smoke is suddenly out then it'd be the engine is burning the oil.If the engine fired up for 30sec and so on,the smoke is gradually coming out.your turbo seals are shot.
The point is the turbo needs times to rising up the temperature before start burning up the oil.I have some kinda problems but i think i found the culprit on my car.I have the Big Mann Hummel catch/separator can and drained motor oil backto sump.Unfortunately,it did not fix the burning oil problem.I did the compression test on 5pots.the result was fairly good(160-165 all pots).I decided to remove the camshafts for a valvestem seals job.All of them
didn't look too bad for its age.once i tried to move(from west-east) valves tips.I found there was a lot of play on them,I think my valve guides are poorly worn since when driving the car under boost there's a huge boost leak coming out breather system (the Mann Hummel catch can).I noticed this when my car was on Dyno.

                        Yes, is like you say.
Initially a lot of smoke like fog and gradually stop.
My valve guides are changed too.

Where I can buy that MANN oil catch tank? And how much?

                        PD: Thanks

You doesn't need to get the Mann Hummel catch can since it's a bit pricey.
You may try to search "catch can" on this forum.there are ton of threads
talking about the homemade catch can.i believe you can build one.Try to

                          remember that.

I do have this problem with completely new build engine... I mean everything is new besides block, crankshaft and head; all the rest changeable parts were changed with new ones.
And smoke is coming out something like for first half a minute after engine fired up and I keep slightly pushing throttle, very difficult to believe that can be brand new BorgWarner EFR turbo seals
